Where can I find current travel information?

We are excited to begin accepting in-bound tourism starting July 15th. What do guests like about the hotel?

Our secluded beachfront resort embodies the Caribbean spirit in every way, from warm, genuine service, to eco-friendly design. A frequent recipient of numerous meetings and conventions awards, we've also been named as one of the 2018 World's Greatest Places by TIME Magazine. Our stunning pools, private mile-long beach, free Wi-Fi, award-winning restaurants, pair of golf courses, rainforest, and ocean view rooms are guest favorites as well.

Does the hotel have a pool?

There are actually three - one for adults; another for recreation, outfitted with a water-slide and wading area for kids; and a third with a swim-up bar. The quiet pool features lap lanes, a tranquil waterfall, and poolside food and drink service on a 20,000-sq-ft. tropical sundeck.

Where can I find a map of the hotel?

Maps are available at the front desk, on our website, or by searching our address on the Internet (6000 Rio Mar Blvd, Rio Grande, Puerto Rico 00745). Immediately you'll notice our private beachfront location, secreted away on the island's northeast coast, and the closest hotel to El Yunque Rainforest.

Does the resort have restaurants?

Do we ever! Though schedules vary seasonally, Executive Chef Ramón Carrillo offers as many as nine unique restaurants and bars that will satisfy your cravings. Choose from seafood & premium cuts at Palio Seafood & Steakhouse, sophisticated bites and cocktails at the Caicu Bar, island fare with token frozen drinks at Tiki Hut Bar & Grill, burgers and beers at 5 o'Clock Somewhere, contemporary American and Puerto Rican food accented by ocean views in Marbella, and eat like a local at Iguanas Cocina Puertorriqueña. How can I make reservations for water sports and off-site activities?

Those fun endeavors are handled by our onsite tour company, GSI (Group Services, Inc), who will make the arrangements and shuttle you wherever is needed to have the adventure of a lifetime.
