Wyndham Rio Mar Wins Gold Platter Award for 2009
Río Grande, PUERTO RICO (July 21, 2009) – Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa, a
Wyndham Grand Resort has received the Meetings and Conventions Gold Platter Award
for 2009. This annual award is given to the prominent catering departments that have
exhibited continued creative and culinary excellence.
Wyndham Rio Mar was selected by the readers of M&C who based their votes on strict
industry criteria including: enthusiasm and professionalism of catering staff; quality of
food presentation; creativity of the menu; originality of themed – party concepts; overall
helpfulness and budgeting considerations; excellence staff service, and ambiance of
dinning rooms.
